Number of reflow processes should not exceed 2 times. Cooling to normal temperature is required between first and second soldering processes.
Use wrist bands or anti-electrostatic gloves when handling LEDs. Ensure all devices and equipment are properly grounded. Damaged LEDs may show unusual characteristics such as lower forward voltage or failure to light at low current.
Before opening package: Store at ≤30°C and ≤70% RH. Use within one year of manufacture.
